Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

-All items returned must be in new condition, un-worn, un-washed with original tags.

-All Accessories, shoes, socks, hats, undergarments, bralettes, earrings, and jewelry are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

-Gift cards, Accessories, Sale or Clearance category items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

-If needing to return an item you are able to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. If the item was a local pick up you have 5 days from the original pick up date to return.

-Return shipping labels will not be provided. Any shipping cost for a return is the customers responsibility.

-Before returning an item please send an email over to boutique.mittenchic@gmail.com with your order # in the subject line. Please add full name and date in the email as well.

-Items returned damaged, dirty or stained will not be refunded or exchanged. Once you have been in contact with us about your return, we will notify you with the return address.

Exchanges

-We have limited number of styles available. With that we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exchange. If this happens, we can issue a refund or store credit. (Sale and clearance items excluded).
